Spirit Home Care Agency LLC

Our home care team includes Spirit Home Care Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Personal Care Assistants that will help our clients at every level of care from High-Tech care to just being a companion.

Our services include but are not limited to:

Certified Nursing Assistants

  • provide personal care
  • provide client with mobility
  • assist with self-administration of medications
  • perform household services which are essential to the clients care at home
  • record and report changes in the clients condition, family situation, and needs
  • monitor blood pressure, pulse, respiration, per client plan of care.

 Personal Care Assistants

  • assist with cooking, cleaning, grooming, dressing and bathing

  • assist with transfers
  • companion/sitter
  • monitor self administered medication
  • grocery shopping, transporting clients to appointments.

Registered Nurses 

  • provide direct supervision to CNA's and PCA's

  • client care plans and update as needed
  • complete assessments, performs admission intake data. On call to consult on the health aspects of clients needs.
